- Newly admitted students;
- Continuing students;
- Cross-Enrollee students; and
- Non-Degree students.

What are the courses/programs offered at UPOU?
UPOU offers 7 undergraduate, 2 graduate certificates, 12 graduate diplomas, 13 master’s, and 3 doctorate programs. A Professional Teaching Certificate program, Continuing Education Programs, and Massive Open Online Courses are also offered.
