Students applying for a comprehensive exam must consult first their respective Program Chair for specific requirements that should be met before taking the comprehensive exam. Schedules related to comprehensive examinations are set by the Faculty of Study.


Application Requirements:

  1. Accomplished Application Form for Comprehensive Examination;
  2. Application fee payment receipt amounting to Php 200.00. See procedures for payment of fees.

How to apply for a Comprehensive Examination:

Step 1: Mail or bring all application requirements to:

or email scanned copies to records@upou.edu.ph.

Step 2: Wait for an email from the Faculty of Study (FEd, FICS, or FMDS) for further instructions.
